Project Overview
In the ever-evolving landscape of healthcare, "Connected Care" emerges as a beacon of innovation, bridging the gap between health data sources, analytics, and user-centric design. The project revolves around a mobile application that acts as a central hub, aggregating health-related data from Wal-Mart's various health initiatives – from pharmacies to clinics – and seamlessly integrating it with the analytical power of SAS.
All designs were created by me for a sales presentation to Walmart. I worked alongside an account representative to deliver the high fidelity mock ups below.

The portfolio piece demonstrates the intricate architecture of data integration, showcasing how health data from Wal-Mart's diverse sources are harmoniously channeled into a unified ecosystem, ready for analysis and insights generation using SAS analytics.
Visual Identity

Product Showcase
The project culminated in a presentation of the mobile app's key screens, illustrating the user journey, data flow, and analytics integration. The app's design resonates with Wal-Mart's branding while exuding a unique personality.
Reflection
The account representative was able to successfully demonstrate the app concept to Wal-Mart, showcasing the power of integrating SAS analytics with their customer experience. Since this was just a concept, this app was never delivered to market.
